IN PHOTOS: British Royal Family spend Christmas Day in Sandringham
The royals have undertaken their annual walk to church on Christmas Day, with some new and surprising faces in the mix.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla led the family in the annual tradition as they walked down the path of the Sandringham Estate to the church.
They walked passed approximately 2000 people this year, who had gathered to get a glimpse of the royals.
While there were some unexpected additions to the lineup – namely Fergie, for the first time in decades – one royal was missing from the procession.
Peter Phillips, the son of Princess Anne, skipped the royal Christmas festivities for the first time in years, instead spending the holiday in Scotland with his girlfriend Lindsay Wallace, Hello reports.
His daughters Savannah and Isla, also usually in attendance, were also missing, likely to be spending the season with mum Autumn Phillips.

The Prince and Princess of Wales walked alongside their three kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to St Mary Magdalene Church, on the royal family's Norfolk estate, on Christmas Day.
Cousin Mia Tindall (far right) also walked alongside the Wales', ahead of her parents and siblings.
The close bond between Princess Charlotte and her second cousin Mia – the daughter of Zara Tindall, who is Prince William's cousin – was on display.
The pair chatted away merrily as they walked to church. We've previously seen their friendship on display during the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
William and Zara have long shared a close relationship, so it's not surprising to see their daughters doing the same.
Charlotte and Mia broke away from Prince William and Prince Louis.
The girls are close in age, which has likely helped forge their bond – Charlotte is eight and Mia is nine.
All eyes were on the festively dressed Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York who joined the royal family for the first time in over 30 years for the outing.
The 64-year-old joined her ex-husband Prince Andrew (far left) and daughters Princess Beatrice and Prince Eugenie, along with their husbands.
It appears Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi did not bring his son Woolfie to church this year. The seven-year-old made his Sandringham debut last year, while their daughter Sienna is still too young to attend.
Behind them are the late Princess Margaret's grandchildren, Arthur Chatto and Samuel Chatto, who also joined in the extended family gathering this year.
While it was speculated Queen Camilla's family might join in the tradition this year, they were not spotted among the royal family members gathered.
The King's sister, Princess Anne, Princess Royal and her husband Timothy Laurence walked side-by-side in what appeared to be matching scarves.
The King's youngest brother Prince Edward kept his hand in his pocket of his long grey coat on the cold winter's morning, as his wife Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh held onto his arm.
The couple were also joined by their two children Lady Louise , 20, and 16-year-old James, Earl of Wessex.
Jack Brooksbank and Princess Eugenie walked hand-in-hand as they attended church without their two young sons.
Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindal walked in step while holding the hand of their younger daughter Lena Tindall.
Their son Lucas is still too young to attend.
