Beatrice Borromeo has shared previously unseen photos from her lavish wedding to Grace Kelly's grandson Pierre Casiraghi in honour of their ninth wedding anniversary.

The Italian-born model and journalist revealed three never-before-seen snaps from the day she and Casiraghi said "I do" in 2015 on her Instagram Stories.

"Nine years ago," Borromeo captioned the romantic shot, along with a heart emoji.

In the photo, she's wearing a stunning pink Valentino gown that was one of several dresses she donned for her wedding celebrations.

A second photo showed the couple sharing a tender kiss on the dance floor, Borromeo's engagement ring and wedding band both visible as she wrapped her arms around her husband's shoulders.

The newlyweds then headed to Italy for a second, religious ceremony on August 1, which was attended by friends and royals alike.

Borromeo never planned to marry into royalty, having been born into wealth and status herself.

The daughter of Don Carlo Ferdinando Borromeo, Count of Arona, and his long-time partner, Countess Donna Paola Marzotto, Borromeo had the best education and upbringing money could buy.
