Neighbour leaves note in lift after being woken by couple's epic fight

A tired neighbour has left a note in a building lift reprimanding a couple for having a loud fight in the middle of the night, which woke up several of their neighbours.

The note has since been shared on Reddit after it was left in a lift in a building in LA in the US.

Clearly noisy neighbours aren't a problem unique to this building.

The note reads: "To the people who had that EPIC SCREAMING FIGHT in the EARLY MORNING HOURS."

"FYI, you don't live alone in a f-----g cabin in Montana," it continues. "There are actual human beings living here within ear shot and you woke us all up last night.

It continues: "Assuming you're an adult, how about NEXT TIME you are feeling some kind of way and need to vent....meditate, or pray.

"Or eat CAKE. Just don't wake us all up again or the pitchforks will come out you entitled little crybaby, piece of s--t a--hat.

"F--k all the way off."

Reddit users were particularly impressed with the tone of the letter.

"Love how it starts off reasonable," one commented. "And ends in the way that they were feeling.

"I can relate... when the anger that you even had to take your time to communicate such obvious bulls--t hits you at the end."

Another said: "Am I the only one who loves overhearing their neighbours fight? It doesn't happen often here but when it does I am definitely cracking my window to try to hear the deetz.

"Especially if the yelling woke me up; I want that story to be juicy."

Others were particularly impressed with the frustrated resident's suggestion the couple "eat cake", "meditate" or "pray" instead of arguing in the middle of the night.

Let's hope all is okay with the couple and they have solved their conflict or have their next one in daylight hours or better still, at a different location all together.
