Melania Trump has been spotted for the first time since leaving the White House, posing with a couple at a restaurant at Mar-o-Lago in Florida, where she now lives with Donald Trump and son Barron.

In the photos, posted on Valentine's Day, the pair have been snapped standing next to Donald, 74, and then Melania, 50.

The photos have been shared on Instagram by the man named Keith along with the caption: "What a way to spend Valentine's Day, having dinner in the dining room along side the Trump family!"

Donald Trump Jr was also in attendance, with the lucky couple snapping a photo with him as well.

Donald and Melania Trump left the White House after Trump lost the recent US presidential election to Joe Biden. While the couple used to based themselves in New York before entering politics, they have now settled at their expansive property called Mar-o-Lago located in West Palm Beach in Florida.

Melania looked happy and relaxed in the photo with the couple, smiling widely, something she doesn't often do in photos, particularly during her time in the White House. This led to rumours the couple's marriage was on the rocks.

Melania hadn't been seen publicly for a month following Joe Biden's inauguration as 46th US President with suggestions she was keen to avoid the spotlight.

Even her official Instagram now contains only one post, a farewell speech shared before she left the White House.

In the speech she said "violence is never the answer and will never be justified", in reference to the Capitol Hill riot that took place ahead of Biden's inauguration.

A subsequent move to impeach Donald Trump for inciting violence ahead of the riot has failed and the former president was seen at a Super Bowl party on February 8.

Melania Trump is allegedly in talks to write her own memoir about her time in the White House alongside husband President Donald Trump.

She could stand to make millions from a tell-all book that delves into her time as First Lady, as well as the controversies and scandals of her husband's term in office.

"Melania is in meetings to write her White House memoir," an insider told Page Six.

"And it would be her money — a chance for her to earn on her own… She's not done, or going as quietly as you might expect."
