Karl Stefanovic marks sixth wedding anniversary with tribute to wife Jasmine

Today host Karl Stefanovic has marked his sixth wedding anniversary on December 8 with an emotional tribute to wife Jasmine.

The 50-year-old TV presenter took to Instagram for the occasion, sharing photos of the loved-up couple for his 281,000 followers along with the description: "Six years. Your strength. Your courage in the face of it all. How you accidentally mispronounce our order at the local Chinese every time. Lucky Karl."

"I'm in awe of you. Every part of you. And I'm so grateful to be loved by you," he said.

The first photo shows the couple at a pre-wedding celebration ahead of their nuptials, which took place Mexico in 2018.

The second photo shows the husband and wife walking along a beach, both dressed casually in the hot conditions.

A third photo appears to be from a dress up party both attended. The fourth and final photo returns the couple to the beach, this time with their dog, German Shepherd Chance the Yapper.

Jasmine has responded to her husband's sweet post in the comments section with a simple, "Love you," along with a kiss emoji.

Karl's Today co-host Sarah Abo also took to the comments section to say, "You two!! 🥹🥰♥️", and his long-time friend, radio host and mental health advocate Gus Worland said, "Magnificent."

The TV host proposed to Jasmine in February 2018 with a gorgeous $120,000 engagement ring. The couple wed in Mexico surrounded by family and friends.

Karl's three children, Jackson, Ava and River, from his first marriage to Cassandra Thornburn were also in attendance.

The couple welcomed their daughter Harper May two years later in 2020.

Jasmine's most recent post features a snap from the couple's summer holiday.

In the photo the pair are hugging, with Jasmine writing, "Summer Lovin" alongside a yellow heart.

Also in the post are photos of various events the couple has attended since Karl wrapped up his year of hosting duties. He is expected to return to Today at the end of January.

The couple has enjoyed an incredible year together including attending various charity events together.

This included the Lachlan Kean Foundation gala.

Karl shared photos from the event along with the description: "We had the honour of working with two small and beautiful charities over the weekend. Last night in Sydney the @lachlankeanfoundation."

"Lachie was an absolute legend who passed away last year from this terrible disease (bowel cancer). Just awful. His family and friends fight on raising money and awareness," he said.

"Very special people. And Friday night in Canberra an incredible amount of money was raised for @winthedaycharity. Helping kids and their families who can't afford all of the expenses around childhood cancer. @kristy_gits you are a rockstar," Karl continued.

"Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated. Humbled to be involved and feel very fortunate to be healthy," he added.
