As the Democratic National Convention continues to show support for Kamala Harris' bid for presidency, there are many new (and not-so-new) faces that are coming to bat for the Vice President.

This includes her closest family members, including her nieces and nephews.

Kamala has one sister, Maya Harris, who in turn has one daughter, Meena. Kamala's niece has paved her own path while supporting her aunt's political ambitions.

Kamala also has nieces and nephews via her husband, Doug Emhoff. His brother Andrew Emhoff's kids Arden and Jasper have taken to the stage to support their aunt-in-law.

Kamala's niece Meena has been supporting her aunt long before her bid for President, first emerging four years ago when she supported the Vice President during her 2020 campaign.

At 39 years old, she is a lawyer, author of children's books, and is the CEO of Phenomenal, having founded the Phenomenal Woman Action campaign in 2017 to shine a light on social causes, including educational excellence and healthcare equity.

The campaign was joined by A-list ambassadors including Serena Williams, Jessica Alba, Mark Ruffalo, Janelle Monae and Lizzo.

At first, Harris was inspired by the famous Maya Angelou poem of the same name, and printed shirts that read "Phenomenal Woman" to sell and donate to charities.

While Harris assumed she'd only sell a few hundred, the lawyer ended up selling 2,500 on the first day and sparking a movement.

She resides in the California Bay Area with her husband, Nikolas Ajagu, with whom she shares two adorable daughters Amara, eight, and Leela, six.

She most recently took to the stage with Harris' stepdaughter Ella Emhoff and goddaughter Helena Hudlin to recall special memories with the politician.

"I grew up in Oakland, California in a house full of extraordinary women – my mum, my grandma, and my auntie, who showed me the meaning of service, helping her sister – a 17-year-old single mum, fighting for justice, for the American people – and still cooking Sunday family dinner.

"She guided me. Now she's guiding my own children, and I know she'll guide our country forward."

Kamala dotes heavily on her great-nieces, spending a lot of time with them and taking many pictures – particularly in matching mini-me outfits, like Leela copying her aunt's coconut brown suit from yesterday.

The sister duo have appeared at political events throughout their childhood, including their auntie's inauguration and earlier on during this year's Democratic National Convention.

The pair just spoke on stage at the DNC on August 23, 2024 to campaign for their loving great aunt.

Arden has also started her career, just recently starting an internship at Raines Feldmen Littrell, according to her LinkedIn page. She is currently a third year student at UCLA, majoring in Dance and Sociology.

But they both took time out of their busy schedules to take to the stage and support their "Auntie", as they proudly called her.

Jasper told the crowd, "She will make time for what matters. No one is busier than my Auntie, but she always makes time for family. From moments as simple as cooking and sharing a meal to exchanging stories and jokes, Auntie taught me about being present and what is important, and I know that's how she will lead."
