In the video Marcos Cesar De Oliveira gets down on one knee to propose to his wife Tania, who is suffering from stage-four gall bladder cancer. Marco is proposing that he and his wife renew their vows after 31 years of marriage.

Tania is currently undergoing chemotherapy and had no idea what her husband had planned. As she is presented with the diamond ring from a kneeling Marcos at the foot of her bed, her confusion turns to elation and she happily accepts.
