The surprising number of streaming services most Aussies subscribe to
Australians spend $390 million on unused streaming services according to Mozo, but not our budget-conscious Nine.com.au readers.
Some recently responded to a poll asking the question: "How many streaming services do you subscribe to?"
The majority of those who responded (30 per cent) saying they don't subscribe to any streaming services, preferring to take advantage of free-to-air TV channels.

The next most popular choice when it comes to streaming services is to subscribe to one, at 28 per cent of respondents.
According to Mozo, that is most likely to be Netflix, which accounts for 49 per cent of streaming services customers.
Twenty per cent of those who responded to the poll question subscribe to two streaming services in their household.

Twelve per cent subscribe to three streaming services, and 10 per cent admit to subscribing to four in total.
However with cost-of-living pressures continuing to challenge household budgets, it may be the case that many Australians are considering reducing the number of streaming services they subscribe to as an easy way to reduce costs.
