The Reject Shop drops stunning new farmhouse homewares range with dupes of $900 designer buy
After wowing customers with its farmhouse tableware and décor in 2024, The Reject Shop has released a new farm-inspired range with an elegant twist.
The French farmhouse collection is now in stores with prices ranging from $2 to $20.
"This collection takes inspiration from rural farmhouses and farm animals like cows, pigs and sheep but with a chic, French twist," Amy Eshuys, The Reject Shop chief operating officer, tells 9honey Living.

"We've incorporated the traditional blues and whites of French crockery and woven in beautiful reds throughout the range for a pop of colour."
Products include farmhouse egg cups for $2.50, fleurs d'automne dinner and cake plates for $3 and $5, respectively, a four pack of chicken-shaped coasters for $4 and farmhouse monogram mugs for $4 each.
Eshuys says The Reject Shop has noticed shoppers are huge fans of European-inspired homewares, based on the response to its Porto and French provincial collections.
"The idea behind all of our homewares is that they build on previous collections so that our customers can mix and match new items with their favourite items across the seasons.
"The colour palettes are similar, however you'll find a few surprise and delight products in this year's range," she explains.

The fleurs d'automne pieces look just like Gucci's herbarium range. The Reject Shop
There are two key themes running through this collection with the blue and white farmhouse pieces featuring chickens, florals, cows and country homestead designs, while the fleurs d'automne features floral patterns in a burgundy colour.
It's the fleurs d'automne pieces that have attracted comparisons to Gucci's $900 herbarium teacup and saucer set. But with The Reject Shop's new products you could get a mug and cake plate for just $7 total.

The cow jug is expected to be a huge hit with shoppers. The Reject Shop
While the French farmhouse collection is filled with cute and elegant pieces, there is one product Eshuys is expecting to fly off the shelves.
"We love this entire range, but one of our favourite items is the French White Cow Jug which can be used for juices, coffee, or even for storing kitchen utensils," she says.
"We're also expecting the Farmhouse Monogram Mugs and the storage baskets to be a popular choice amongst shoppers. Our customers will be pleased to see that the range is available at the same great price points that they can always expect from The Reject Shop."

After the huge success of The Reject Shop's past ranges, including the recent frenzy over the strawberry tableware, shoppers wanting to get their hands on the French farmhouse range are urged to "head into their nearest store this weekend to get their hands on their favourite items before they're gone".

As the excitement builds for the French farmhouse range, social media is still buzzing over the cute and fun collections released by The Reject Shop earlier this summer.
The retro diner range, complete with sauce bottle shaped dipping bowls, egg spoon rest and burger and chips salt and pepper shaker has been a huge hit, as has the donut-inspired collection, which featured donut-shaped mugs and cupcake plates.
Meanwhile, the strawberry delight range included strawberry shaped teapots, measuring cups, plates and jugs.
