No bathroom cabinet? This $35 Ikea hack adds the under sink storage you need in a super stylish way
Bathroom sinks without cabinets are great space savers but leave little room for storage, unless you know a clever hack or two.
Thanks to one home hacks guru we now know a simple way to add that much-needed storage for just $35.
In an Instagram reel, @weil_ichs_can showed how he tweaked Ikea's Nissafors trolley to sit perfectly under his bathroom basin.

All he did to make it fit was leave the top tray off when he put the trolley together.
"Not much space here so I wanted an open construction in black to make everything look airier! Just leave out the top compartment and the wheels of the "Nissafors" service truck and behold, a cheap and stylish solution is born!," a translation of his Instagram caption read.
Looking at the trolley under the sink, it seems able to fit plenty of bathroom supplies including hand towels, toilet paper and an acrylic container filled with other bits and pieces.
But the hack doesn't stop there, to make the trolley look part of the cabinet and hide the pipes he used a $9 Rodeby bamboo arm rest tray, also from Ikea.
"Simply attach the "Rödeby" bamboo tablet from Ikea with nano tape to the service cart... Because of the flexibility, the part of it is so easy to adjust!" he captioned the Instagram reel for this hack.

The hack has been well-received online, including by an Ikea staff member.
"Smart! This IKEA employee approves," a woman commented.
"Just what I needed for my little bathroom," another said.
"I got it on Saturday, put it up on Sunday and now it stands. Wonderful idea, exactly what I was looking for," wrote one.

There are plenty of other clever tips and tricks out there to help boost storage space in a small bathroom.
Another idea is to use the $10 Snospira four-bottle wine rack to store spare towels.
