Award-winning First Nations artist Lani Balzan has joined forces with Coles to launch a beautiful collection of homewares from just $6.

The 15 products in the range showcase Indigenous design while also having a special purpose that goes beyond the décor itself.

A portion of 50 cents from each product in the collection will help fund essential healthcare in remote Indigenous communities through health organisation Purple House.

Seeing her products in Coles is a proud moment for Balzan, especially given the boost it will give to health outcomes for Indigenous people.

"As a local artist, I'm honoured to have the opportunity to partner with Coles and help bring Indigenous art  into the homes of more Australians. My design represents the strength and unity that runs through Indigenous  communities – every piece in this collection is infused with meaning, reflecting the stories and journeys that  connect us all," she said.

"It's truly rewarding to know that each item sold will directly support Purple House and the incredible work  they do in remote communities."

The stunning artwork Balzan has created for the homewares features the Gathering symbol, which represents coming together through radiating lines and circles. Native flowers and plants are scattered throughout the artwork.

Purple is the main colour featured in the designs in honour of Purple House and it is contrasted and complemented by pops of red, pink and orange.
