"Your body is a sad, gruesome temple, teeming with bile and pre-disease. When people see it, they believe in God a little less."

That's the opening few lines of ClickHole's Clean Eating Challenge, the perfect parody to every late-night diet infomercial you've ever seen. From eating only celery to drinking only vinegar, the satirical viral site takes every crazy diet fad and crams it into five days of clean eating that borders on the macabre.

With everything from meal plans to motivational quotes to social media hashtags, this clean eating challenge provides people with all the tools to cut weight the right (or wrong) way.

Spoofing popular diet regimes like the lemon detox and the master cleanse, ClickHole has even provided handy recipes to help you lose weight with notable highlights like the "H20 Smoothie" that involves placing parsley in a cup of water, and "Salmon filled with old pennies" that, well, is exactly what it sounds like.

By flushing the toxins from your body, ClickHole promises that their clean eating regime contains "no chemicals, no processed sugars and no trans fats", which is pretty handy considering they describe your body as a "human shaped sewer, wholly unsuitable for anything but the breeding of small rodents."

For those of you struggling to maintain a clean diet in time for summer, this clean eating challenge may just hit a little close to home. For the rest of us, it’s a brilliant laugh at a diet industry that all too often relies on gimmicks to sell its products.
