Grown man is flower girl at his cousin’s wedding

Flower girls at weddings are there to give the added “aww” factor, right? It’s nice to give the younger children a role, and nice for the parents to watch on with tears in their eyes. If the bride doesn’t know any children, it doesn’t make a huge difference to the wedding - however, that hasn’t stopped one grown man from taking on the kiddies’ role at his cousin’s wedding, in homage to a sweet childhood moment. 
 
Patrick Casey, from the USA was close to his cousin Andria growing up. When they were kids, they were ring bearer and flower girl at a wedding together, resulting in a super sweet picture.

He told BuzzFeed that he had no intention of overshadowing his cousin, and she and her husband encouraged him to play the role. He also won over the other guests with his performance.
 
"I'm pretty sure they were won over when I got to the end of the aisle and then proceeded to pull out flowers I had stocked in my pants' pockets and did a LeBron powder toss with them," he said. "There was an ovation."
 
We bet there was.
