The announcement comes a year after the former royal divorced ex-husband Prince Louis of Luxembourg.
Tessy and Floessel are rumoured to have known each other for several years, having written about his work on her blog in September 2018, but made their relationship public in April this year.
The mother of two shared photos alongside her boyfriend and her family over the Easter weekend.
The businesswoman and non-profit executive previously told Hello magazine she "took a long time" to recover from her divorce, as she was stripped of her royal titles, explaining: "After every relationship it takes a while to heal when the heart has been broken."
"It has been really, really wonderful for me to realise that I am able to trust and love again. It's nice to see that life goes on."
Tessy and Prince Louis married in 2006, where the former royal reveals she "suffered greatly" during their ten-year marriage.
Discussing her marriage with Sky News she explained: "My little cousin needed to change schools twice. My twin brother was incredibly bullied at work – he still is today."
"My sister, my parents suffered, my oldest brother doesn't talk to me anymore because of that, because it was too much for him to handle," she continued.
"That was when I married in, and when I got divorced, oh my gosh the same."

The marriage out of wedlock angered the royal family, as it forced Prince Louis renounced any claim to the title of Grand Duke.
The couple's marriage broke down in 2016, and they officially divorced in February last year.
Tessy was named Woman of the Decade by the Women Economic Forum for her work in women's empowerment in 2017.
She has spent the majority of 2020 in lockdown with sons Prince Gabriel of Nassau, 14 and Prince Noah of Nassau, who she shares with Prince Louis.
