TokyoTaco will be making their Sydney Royal Easter Show debut this year, bringing their signature Japanese tacos from Newtown.

Showgoers are in for a treat with these delicious creations, which are also gluten-free and dairy-free.

The shells are made from nori and filled with fresh, flavoursome ingredients.

The tacos are the creation of founders Jordan Hajek and Andrew Collis.

Hajek tells 9honey they will be serving tacos in four flavours – miso baked salmon, smoky soy chicken, barbecue pulled pork, and a vegan braised jackfruit taco.

"Everything we do is made in-house at our venue in Newtown. All our sources are all original and exclusive to our brand products," Hajek added.

"We've got a special seasoning which we've developed, a blend of Japanese and Mexican spices," Hajek said.

"We're using a high quality Victorian, South Australian salt in our seasoning mixes as well. So again, using the best in the business to serve the best."

To wash it all down, TokyoTaco will also sell its signature sodas, which come in four flavours – Hibiscus Fizz, Umi Drifter, Grapefruit and Yuzu Passionfruit.

"I think we're very lucky to say that we've got quite a strong following with the younger generation, which know quality and they want quality over quantity these days anyway and that's what we're delivering," Hajek said.
