Sydney chef's 'half-baked cookie' may be the world's best choc chip biscuit
We were sceptical the last time US-born chef Gregory Llewellyn of Sydney's Hartsyard restaurant claimed to have created the "world's best" cheese toastie .
Then we actually watched the clip, and were forced to eat our scepticism — along with the winning grilled cheese sandwich, which we made, like, immediately (duh).
Now the follow-up to his swoon-worthy "Drunk Man's Dinner" has arrived, and sweet tooths won't be disappointed.
Already causing a stir since being posted to the Hartsyard Facebook page yesterday, Llewellyn calls this latest creation the "half-baked cookie" — basically a three-minute, oven-fresh version of your favourite biscuit, featuring gooey chocolate flavour bombs and lashings of ice-cream, squished together for the best ice-cream cookie sandwich you've ever tasted (we assume).
