Her secret? A handy device called the KopyKake—a baking projector that lets you flawlessly trace icing onto all manner of sweet treats, from cookies to cake, in any font you choose without worrying you're going to run out of space.
However, this level of cake-writing convenience doesn't come cheap, with projectors starting at around $390 and tipping the scales at a whopping $1099 (you'd want to be baking pretty often to warrant dropping that kind of coin).
