Pub boss posts controversial job ad with one specific requirement
A pub owner in the UK has posted a controversial job ad warning applicants to observe good personal hygiene before turning up for an interview.
Craig Harker who manages The George Bar & Grill shared the following ad on Facebook: "You've all seen the George on FB and know the awesome food we knock out. Parmos banging, Smash Burgers Unreal and Unbelievable Sunday Dinners.
"Have you worked in a kitchen? Are you a chef or cook? Are you a quick learner and not one for these that need showing again and again and again and still get it f--king wrong lol we need people who can hit the ground running.
"Don't know how much time we've wasted on the wrong people so please only apply if you have the work ethic to succeed."

He continues: "You must be smart, presentable and not come in absolutely stinking of drink or p--s after a night out."
It's then that he goes into detail about what he expects when it comes to applicants' personal hygiene.

"It doesn't take much to wash and look after your presentation, I'll even throw in a tooth brush and a George chefs jacket," he says. "If you need a mint before the interview then there's a shop next door.
"If you feel your pitts [sic] are a little fruity then nip and buy some deodorant quickly before the interview."
He has since posted a video defending the ad. Facebook
The pub boss has been praised for his straightforward ad which has attracted hundreds of likes and comments.
"Best job advert straight to the point," says one. "Love it."
Another writes: "When do I start? Sounds like a perfect job!"
"I don't think you could get a better boss," says another.
One comments: "Hit the nail right on the head with them interview technique."

Although some were quick to warn him against his comments.
"You're heading for a tribunal there mate!" one person said.
He has since posted a video defending the ad, telling trolls he "doesn't give a toss" what they think of his approach.
