How to get a free meal every time Australia wins a gold medal at the Darling Harbour Olympics and Paralympics Live Site

While you cheer in joy for every Aussie gold medal won during the Paris 2024 Olympics, so can your stomach.

Sydneysiders can head down to Darling Harbour to visit it's new Sound Shell from July 27 to August 11 to cheer for the Olympians among other fans at the Olympics and Paralympics Live Site.

Visitors will be able to view the sporting action on the big screen, completely free of charge, in an electrifying atmosphere filled with other passionate fans.

Aussie fans can relive the fun again at Palm Grove from August 28 to September 8 to cheer on the Paralympians during the Paralympic Games.

Throughout both the games, fans will be able to grab a bite from the food trucks on site or from the many delicious food and drink options all over the precinct.

And if Australia wins a gold medal, you're in luck!

The first 50 people to visit the Darling Harbour Live Site the following day at 1pm will receive a voucher, which they can redeem for their pick of the local Darling Harbour eateries and retail partners.

There is also many activities to do at the site, with the Australian Olympic Committee's 'Have A Go' Olympic Challenge featuring a number of games available for visitors to try such as gymnastics, rowing, athletics and more.

The challenge celebrates eight years to go until the Brisbane Olympics in 2032.

There will also be an opportunity to show off your Green and Gold pride. On Friday August, 2, from 12.30pm – 1.30pm and 6pm – 7pm, come prepared in your best attire for Green and Gold Day to display your Aussie pride with all of your fellow fans.
