The video, which has now gone viral with 2.9 million views, shows the meal is made from a simple sachet.

The sachet is poured into a special McCafé Oatmeal cup, and then filled with water and creamer using one of the McCafé coffee machines.

At the end of the video, the oatmeal is pictured with packaged pieces of fresh apple, cranberries and raisins, which come with the meal.
