McDonald's Australia has assured customers they will still "be able to access great value" following the end of the $6.95 McSmart Meal on June 30.
Fast food lovers have been left devastated after Macca's confirmed the budget meal was officially coming to an end.
"For more than a decade, customers have been able to access great value through our Loose Change Menu, and in 2024 we introduced the McSmart Meal as another affordable menu option," a spokesperson said.

One Macca's customer told nine.com.au she hopes McDonald's has plans to replace it with another cheap, value meal option.
"OMG no this was my favourite," she said.
"It's so cheap and such good value. The McSmart meal was my go-to whenever I went to Macca's whether I forgot my packed work lunch or I needed a snack on a road trip.
"It honestly combined the best of the McDonald's menu and for an insanely cheap price.
"The value for money is undoubtedly unbeatable, so I'm obviously devastated it's leaving the menu soon."
The McSmart Meal includes a burger, fries, and a drink with customers given the option to add one additional item from a list of sides including an additional burger, nuggets, or sundae.
Remaining in place will be their Loose Change Menu which, from today, will also include the newly-returned Crème Brûlée Pie for just $2.
Maccas announced its return this week via a spokesperson.

"It's official – Macca's iconic Crème Brûlée Pie is back on menus nationwide from 29 April, for a limited time," they said.
"Priced at just $2, it rejoins our Loose Change Menu, which features fan‑favourite menu items priced at $4 and under – making it easy for customers to enjoy the items they love for less.
"Fans can look forward to biting into that golden, crispy crust filled with sweet caramel and smooth vanilla custard goodness."

The Loose Change Menu is made up of a range of menu items priced at $4 or less including a beef or chicken burger, McMuffin, Ham & Cheese Pocket, soft serve, drinks, pies, and McPops.
