Recipe Finder welcomes celebrated chef, Luke Mangan, as a regular contributor on all things foodie. Each month, Luke will be updating us on everything from his favourite recipes through to national food events and cooking tips to help us out in the kitchen.

Luke is heralded as one of Australia's best chefs and highly regarded internationally as a shining example of the excellence of Australia's food and wine culture.

Not only the Danish Royal couple, but other celebrities such as Sir Richard Branson have sought for Luke's culinary services to add tremendous value to a variety of special occasions.

To date, Luke has three cookbooks under his belt, including BLD, Luke Mangan Food and Luke Mangan Classics.

Luke's firm training in the classics and his commitment to excellence ensures the ongoing success of his most recent addition to the restaurant world, Glass Brasserie, Sydney.

Whilst there are more projects in the pipeline and Luke's ultimate dream is a restaurant in New York, he is currently fully devoted to his latest project — a restaurant in Japan. He also has his sights set on establishing his own charity foundation.
