Logan Moffitt, a content creator, took to TikTok to share his viral recipe for "cucumber-of-the-day", which has since inspired countless cucumber-based meals.

His videos begin with: "Sometimes you need to eat a whole cucumber, and I'm going to show you the best way to do it."
Logan then creates simple and delicious snacks that have garnered well over 100 million views.
In many videos, Logan uses different ingredients to transform the humble cucumber into various tasty iterations.

Despite TikTok being awash with cooking-centric content creation, Logan has made a name for himself.
Taking to social media, the star wrote a heartfelt message to his fans: "4 million [followers] is crazy!! Thank you all so so much for all the support you've all given me.
"So many amazing opportunities have been possible all because of you guys😽 anyone who's been here from the start will remember my rooster kimchi phase, which started this all!

"I cannot wait for many more batches of kimchi, cold noodles, and obviously cucumber salads with everyone💚🥒 love love love you guys🥹," Logan's message concluded.
One of his recent recipes that has gone viral is Logan's 'sushi cucumber'.
"Start by slicing your entire cucumber," his video began: "I'm gonna make sushi cucumbers today."

"So add a little bit of soy sauce, extra rice wine vinegar, some wasabi [and] a little bit of grated ginger," he explained, tossing the ingredients into his trusty plastic container.
"I want this to be creamy, so I had some Kewpie mayo; I'm gonna make this salmon sushi, so I've got some smoked salmon."
"I'm just gonna chop it into little chunks and put it in with the cucumber," he explained before adding some MSG and furikake (toasted sesame seeds, nori, salt, sugar).

"I'm really excited about this one," Logan continued before instructing viewers to shake the ingredients together.
"Let's give it a try. Oh my God, that looks good. I'm really excited about this one," he continued, showing the viewers the snack.
"Let's try, OK, the sushi cucumber is freaking bomb," the video concluded.
