Kmart enthusiast changes the game for cooking a chicken schnitty
A Kmart shopper has shared her method for cooking the classic chicken schnitzel, earning herself the title of "game changer".
Sharing her hack in the Kmart Mums Facebook group, the woman says she bakes the dish using the retail giant's $5.00 roasting tray.
But instead of following a conventional method, she flips the pan's roasting rack upside-down, slotting the chicken schnitzel pieces in vertically.
The reason? You can cook more chook in one go.

Claiming she wished she thought of the trick earlier, the mum revealed she has a "small oven" and a "big family" to feed, hence the creativity.
"I've turned the rack upside down so it's lower and able to hold the chicken schnitzels up to save room in the oven," she explained.
The chicken pieces stay upright during the cooking process, and only need to be flipped once before they're ready to eat.
