KFC is opening a world-first pop-up culinary destination to celebrate the new menu items in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

From Friday, May 17, to Saturday, May 18, KFC is testing its new range. It will offer attendees a variety of non-KFC foods cooked in its new crispy formula.

What makes these items so much crispier? They're double-breaded to create a thick and crunchy coating.

If you want to try one of these culinary creations, head to the pop-up for a free Original Recipe Burger and another "crispified" item.

Attendees will be able to choose between a fluffy fried cheesecake, a fried PB&J sandwich, or KFC's green chips (broccolini and asparagus).
