First thing is to get out your utensils; you'll need a blender and a large bowl with a sieve sitting in it.

Inside the sieve place a nut milk bag (you can easily grab one of these from Amazon for under $10) or a thin cloth.

Pour the blended mixture into the nut milk bag or cloth sitting inside the sieve, and let some of the water begin to drain as you wait for the mixture to cool.

Once it's cool enough to touch, you can begin squeezing the bag to strain all of the liquid out of the mixture, until your left with a bowl full of fresh coconut milk.

Then, all you have to do is use a funnel to pour the milk into a bottle, pop it in the fridge, and voila!
