This is how you make cauliflower rice

How to make cauliflower rice
What you'll need:
- food processor
- medium bowl
- medium frying pan
- wooden spatula
Ingredients:
- half a cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper, to season
Method:
- Place cauliflower florets in a food processor. Pulse until the consistency of rice.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- To cook, heat a little olive oil in a medium frying pan. Add the cauliflower rice and cook stirring until golden. Stir through chopped parsley and lemon zest if you like.
- Season with salt and pepper.
You can use this as the perfect replacement for any rice based dish, so serve it topped with curry or stirred into veg for a lighter fried rice. It's delicious and has the perfect consistency to carry sauces.
