The Eggshibit is the adorable new Instagram account you need in your life, dedicated the whimsical art of making morning eggs fun.

Spider webs, friendly felines and even a double-yolked Darth Vader get their own eggy tributes on the month-old Instagram page.

The account's 20-year-old creator is a medical student based just outside Mexico City, who clearly loves his brain food – or procrastinating. Or both.

9Honey Kitchen caught up with the amateur egg artist, whose work has already been picked up by multiple mainstream media outlets, garnering more than 2000 followers since its debut.

"I though it looked cool so I decided I would give it a shot and try to recreate it. To my surprise, it came out quite well!"

The egg creative continued to share the edible artworks via his personal Instagram account, and only recently started the dedicated account, @the_eggshibit.
