If your quarantine cravings include a Hungry Jack's Whopper, but you're stuck in the house and can't get one - you're in luck.

Whether you call it Hungry Jack's or Burger King, it turns out you can make the iconic burger in your own kitchen, with normal ingredients.

Burger King France generously shared the recipe for its best-selling Whopper on its Twitter page.

Dubbed "Le Whopper de la Quarantine" (which sounds a lot fancier than "Quarantine Whopper"), it only takes eight ingredients.

According to the tweet, the burger is made with ingredients in this exact order: top bun, onion, pickles, ketchup, beef patty, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato, followed by the bottom bun.

Sure, the meat might not be flame-grilled to perfection like it is in-store, but it's definitely better than nothing.

They followed up the photo with a video of how to prepare the burger.

In France, all Burger King stores are closed amid the coronavirus quarantine. Here in Australia, Hungry Jack's has remained open for takeaway only.

A few people test-drove the at-home Whopper recipe, sharing photos of their creations on Twitter.

Then other brands jumped on board, with a vegetarian burger patty company sharing their own vegetarian version of the Whopper.

It was such a hit that Burger King then shared recipes for other popular burgers, like the Steakhouse and Big King.

Burger King has been determined to help the community during the coronavirus crisis. In March, they gave away free kids' meals with the purchase of any regular meal in the US.
