Beloved ALDI dessert axed from budget Christmas range this year
ALDI's Christmas dessert range is one favourite short this year.
It's understood the budget supermarket chain's iconic Kringle and Co Salted Caramel Tarts, which retailed for $6.49 per six pack in 2023 and were among the brand's most beloved festive treats, is not returning to stores this year.
"ALDI has an irresistible range of Christmas treats and desserts this year that will have Aussies forgetting they're full, and going back for seconds," a spokesperson for ALDI told 9honey Kitchen in a statement.

"We continually look to refresh our festive offerings, bringing back customer favourites and introducing NEW products to surprise and delight shoppers that enjoy a sweet treat or two," the statement continued.
"New products which joined the Kringle and Co range this year include the delicious Mini Serve Puddings and scrumptious Meringue Kisses."

"With the range starting from just $1.99, there is a Christmas treat to suit everyone's tastes," the statement concluded.
It's not all bad news for fans of the Salted Caramel Tarts, however, with ALDI's 2024 Kringle and Co range including the $2.39 Mini Puddings Single Serve, which comes in the classic Salted Caramel flavour.

Salted Caramel Pudding 500g is also available for $7.59.
If your heart is set on a tart, however, you could try ALDI's new $7.99 Fruit Mince Crumble Tarts six pack mix case, which includes the flavour Caramel Cocoa Crumble.
ALDI's Christmas range isn't all sweet though, with savoury delights including Christmas hams that start at 40 cents per serve.
