Flight attendant reveals trick for avoiding unwanted advances while on the job
A flight attendant has shared her trick to avoiding "awkward" situations while on the job.
Taylor, 22, who posts videos on TikTok @flywithtay, says she wears a fake engagement ring purchased on Amazon to prevent travellers hitting on her.

She has captioned the post, "Flaunting my fake Amazon engagement ring at work to keep the creeps away."
In the video description she adds, "Works like a charm."

"Respectful men will notice," one person comments. "It's the creeps who won't care."
"I'm in healthcare, I do the same thing lol," says another.
"Divorced and do this when I go to a work conference," another admits.
"It's so sad we have to do this," says another.

When asked if she ever flirts on the job, Taylor says, "I don't flirt with passengers, but that's just me. I can't speak for everyone."
"I have a $13 wedding ring sitting in my Amazon cart," comments another person.
During the conversation in the comments section of the video, Taylor reveals she is already dating her "perfect guy" so isn't worried she will miss the opportunity to meet someone on a flight.
"Hope my work crush is doing this," comments one woman. "What if he's not actually married?"
