Babbling baby and dad are back

An adorable father son duo who went viral last week after they were captured having a conversation about a TV show – despite baby Kingston not being able to speak – have hit a new high, becoming the faces of the new Denny’s Diner television commercial.

The original video shared on Facebook by a family member, went viral last week with it being shared over 1.5 million times. It shows father DJ Pryor, 30, having a full-blown conversation with a ‘babbling’ 19-month-old Kingston.

Kingston can be seen reacting to what his father is saying, and you would be forgiven to think that he is understanding and responding – even if in his own language.

Pryor, a comedian from the US, told CNN that he was imagining what Kingston would be saying, if he could talk.

"I was laughing because of the way he was doing all the hand gestures," he said.

The pair can be seen pointing and putting their hands up in relation to the TV, while Kingston giggles and yells in agreement with his father.

Pryor was unaware of just how viral they had gone until he received texts from his friends, telling CNN "It hasn't all hit yet. It's hasn't all registered yet,", adding that it may have registered for Kingston "He knows he's the star. He walks around like he's a star."

However, Kingston’s star power has since sky rocketed and the adorable pair have scored a gig doing a “booth chat” for Denny’s Diner’s Father’s Day campaign.

Pryor shared the exciting news in a post to his IGTV on Instagram over the weekend.

"Absolutely Blown Away!!!! We Partnered with Our Favourite Spot @Dennysdiner to have a Little Booth Chat! Very Important For Father Son Bonding HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!! From Mine to Yours!!” the proud father wrote.

We wonder what’s next for the two – perhaps a Super bowl ad?
