Kim Kardashian's makeup artist throws a tantrum

To celebrate the release of KKW Beauty's Glam Bible Smokey Volume 1, Kim Kardashian West took to social media to share a special makeup tutorial.

This time, the 38-year-old enlisted the help of her 5-year-old daughter, North West, as her all-important glam squad. With a brief special appearance from her niece, Dream Kardashian, for some final touch ups.

Naturally, hilarity ensues.

Here are the highlights:

The video begins with the mum-of-three talking through her new Glam Bible range. It's new, and available from KKW Beauty, if you can add-to-cart before it sells out.

Cut to Kim's mini-me applying foundation to her face with a blending sponge and everything seems fairly normal, for a toddler makeup artist...

Until, it's not. 

Now it's time for eyeliner and North shows off her skills by drawing her mother's initials on her cheek. Not a beauty trend but definitely proof this eyeliner liner has excellent pigment and consistency. Tick!

And then...

You'd think this would be all too much for the tiny makeup artist but she perseveres, thankfully.

But don't ask her about anything, she's not here to make small talk. Replying with a sassy "What?!" when Kim asks her what she thinks about the consistency of the eyeliner.

Even compliments aren't accepted.

But the mother-daughter-duo got there in the end, with Kim sharing her almost-finished look.

Finishing touches go to Dream, daughter to Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, for some dustings of highlighter and blush to really complete the look.
