Kate Middleton recycles her latest look and here's where you've seen it before

Kate Middleton hasn't let working from home impact her sartorial choices.

The Duchess of Cambridge opted for a familiar look as she spoke to midwives, health visitors, parents and experts ahead of the UK's Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week.

For the video conference call the 38-year-old sported a powder blue floral print wrap dress by British brand Boden.

The mother-of-three was seen wearing the SS19 Aurora Midi Dress in last year's Cambridge Christmas card as well.

The family photo was not officially released but was leaked online when a recipient shared the card on Twitter.

It's not known where or when the photo was taken but given Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are all in summer gear, it's thought the image was taken mid-year.

The Duchess of Cambridge is known for recycling items in her wardrobe, sometimes even decades later.

As with many of Kate's high street style wins, this dress is sold out but was retailing in Australia for $119.
