Fashionista shares bizarre laundry hack to remove odours stuck in your clothing
No matter how many times you scrub and wash your clothes, sometimes you just can't rid of the smell.
Thankfully, a TikTok fashionista has shared her bizarre hack to get tricky odours out of your shirts and sweaters – and fans are insisting it works.
Katie Little Patz took to TikTok to share a "trick of the trade".

"I don't know if everyone knows this but you can spray your sweater in this region if you struggle with, you know, different scents," she said pointing to her underarm area.
"All you need to do is take a spray bottle, put a little vodka in it, and you spray the inside of your sweater in the area you might need help with.
"This will keep your sweaters fresh and long lasting, I'm on a 10 day trip to Europe and I have had no problems."
Patz added that the hack is a "lifesaver" saying that those who struggle with the issue will understand just how tricky it can be to get the odour out.
Fans in the comments did have some concerns though, with one commenter asking if the trick will leave them smelling "like I stumbled home from a night out".
Thankfully though, Patz reassured her followers that once the vokda is sprayed "it's [a] very neutral scent".

There is, however, one small caveat.
"I wouldn't recommend on cashmere - the fibers are too delicate," Patz clarified in the comments section.
"Steaming the sweater or using a cashmere safe fabric spray can also kill the bacteria!"
If you don't have vodka on hand, there are some other options that will have almost the same effect.
Patz says if you only have gin in the house you can use that instead, however it won't leave a neutral scent.
"Gin will kill the bacteria that causes the odor like vodka but gin contains botanicals like juniper and herbs that will leave a lingering scent," she said.
"But hey if you like the scent give it a try!"
