Tiffiny Hall put off having children because of post baby body pressure

Personal trainer Tiffiny Hall says one reason she delayed having children was because she was concerned the changes to her 'post baby body' could impact her career.

Hall, 33, and her comedian husband Ed Kavalee, 38, welcomed their son Arnold last September, having been together for 10 years.

Writing for Kidspot, the former Biggest Loser trainer says she’d held off on starting a family because she wasn’t sure how becoming a mum would affect her ability to grow her business.

“My tummy still isn't flat and I don't care!” she captioned a photo of her re-emerging ab muscles in December.

“It's definitely getting stronger which is the important part and I'm feeling wonderful.”

In another post, she urged her fellow “new mummas” to ignore the pressure to bounce back to their pre-pregnancy bodies, and to be kind to themselves instead.

“I promise you'll make progress to getting your fitness back but there's no rush. It ain't a competition!” she wrote.
