Khloe Kardashian calls herself a 'militant' mum: 'I am really strict'

With five out of the six Kardashian/Jenners now parents, you can assume there's a bit of competition between the siblings on who has the best parenting style.

Khloe Kardashian has candidly admitted her approach is very different to her sisters, revealing she is "really strict" on three-year-old daughter, True.

On an episode of Ellen DeGeneres' digital series Mom Confessions, the reality star said, unlike her sisters, she is very "militant" in how she parents her daughter.

"I believe that a schedule saves everything. And not all of my siblings are the same", the mum of one admitted.

While Khloe didn't reveal which of her sisters don't align with her parenting style, she did say her mum, Kris Jenner, has helped her navigate the often tricky road of motherhood.

She says Kris shared a handy parenting tip that helps you avoid your kids giving you something you don't want.

"If you don't want something just say you're allergic. How can they prove you wrong?"

When asked about a trait of hers her daughter has inherited, Khloe revealed her daughter has already adopted a little of her controlling and organised behaviour.

"I like everything in its place and I'm very regimented. And I don't want that for True, but she already has that."

And while Khloe tries her best to be as strict as possible with True, she did admit that just like any parent, she gives into screen time when she has to.

"When we go out to restaurants I do give True my iPhone to watch YouTube so we don't have to hear her freak out", she told Mom Confessions.

Khloe shares three-year-old True with her ex partner Tristan Thompson, whom she spoke about having another child with during the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
