Bec Judd shares very honest flashback photo

Bec Judd says she will “never forget the pain” of giving birth to two tiny humans – but is also telling other mums, “it’s the best thing you’ll ever do”.
The glamorous mum-of-four admitted that almost a year after giving birth to her sons Tom and Darcy, who turn one on Friday, she is still suffering side effects of carrying twins.
Taking to Instagram, the radio presenter and former model posted a flashback photo of her burgeoning belly when she was heavily pregnant.
She captioned the black and white mirror selfie with a very honest caption, telling fans: “iPhone memories reminded me that on this day one year ago, I looked like this alien - measuring 47 weeks.”
“I will never forget the pain (and associated bawling) of growing two humans. To all the multiples mums out there, I feel ya.
“Ps. It's actually the best thing you'll ever do.”

Judd also revealed she still has the linea nigra 12 months later, saying: “Twin hormones are next level.”
The 34-year-old humorously added the hash-tag “waddle waddle” to the end of the post.
In the image, Judd is seen wearing leggings and a crop top, which appear to be from her athletic brand Jagger, which she runs with her retired AFL star hubby Chris Judd.
The couple, who are based in Melbourne, also share two older children together - Oscar, six and Bille Kate, three.
