Dad’s cheeky rewards chore chart divides opinion on social media

When you’re in a partnership, one of the biggest banes in life is getting the chores around the house done – and making sure the workload is split evenly is half the battle.

One reward chart a woman made for her husband to make sure he gets his chores done is now doing the rounds on social media, and it’s certainly divided opinion.

A photo of ‘Daddy’s Sticker Chart’ was originally posted to Reddit, and has now resurfaced on Twitter. The chart detailed that if he did his chores to help out around the house, the man’s wife would reward him with beer, naked dances and oral sex. Yep, that’s right.

Tasks to get his “rewards” included washing the dishes, putting the toilet seat down, changing nappies, pack children’s lunches, clean up throw up and more – things you’d most likely expect your significant other to do without having an incentive, right?

Each time the woman’s husband completed a task he would get a princess sticker added to the chart, and when he reached six that’s when he would be “rewarded”.

So, if he completed six nappy changes (which on the chart he’d only appeared to have done two) he would receive a “naked hula dance” from his wife.

The only task with all six boxes filled with stickers was the “clean up throw up”. What’s the prize you ask? Oral sex – yep, that’s right.

After resurfacing on Twitter this week, the photo of the chart has caused quite the divide, leaving many on Twitter baffled labelling the rewards system as “sad”.

To be honest, we kind of have to agree here. Just split the chores evenly, and everyone’s happy!
