Carla accidentally sent ASOS her dirty underwear in a return package
A comedian and mother has shared her unfortunate online shopping mishap after she returned the wrong package to ASOS.
British woman Carla Freeman revealed she made the "remarkable" error of accidentally stuffing her dirty underwear and bra into a return parcel she sent back to the online retailer.
Posting her predicament onto social media, Carla explained she had bought some bikinis from ASOS but decided to send them back because they weren't a good fit.

"Something's just happened that even for me is remarkable," Carla said in a video posted to Instagram.
"I just got a delivery from ASOS, it had bikinis in it… some of them [were] really not so good. So I shoved them back in the back, did the whole label printy thing, ran down to the post office with it, posted off."
Carla said she returned home and came to the horrible realisation she was still wearing one of the bikinis.
"I've put my underwear in the ASOS returns bag, with one of my favourite bras!" she exclaimed.
A mortified Carla tried to get in touch with ASOS via their online customer service portal and typed out the query: "Sent my own underwear back by mistake".
The mum was horrified when she realised her mistake. Instagram
"Not fussed about the knickers (feel free to bin) but the bra is a favourite," she wrote.
After finally getting through to a human at ASOS, she explained a pair of dirty underwear and a used bra were on the way to their headquarters.
The customer service rep, named Micaela, told Carla she had "made her morning" and said used clothes are accidentally returned to the online shopping giant all the time.
"Oh no. I'm sorry to hear this Carla. You have made my morning so far, I won't lie," she said.
"But don't worry, you'd be surprised at how many people return items back to us by accident that were not purchased from us."
Carla spoke with an ASOS representative who said it happens often. Instagram
Viewers found Carla's situation hilarious and one former ASOS employee even confirmed just how often they were sent random items.
"This cracked me up so much (sorry)," one amused woman wrote.
"This still makes me laugh even after watching it for the 10th time," another added.
An ex ASOS worker revealed: ''As someone that used to work at ASOS yes! We've had rings, wallets everything!!''
Carla has not shared an update with followers and it remains unknown if she has been reunited with her bra.
