Husband leaves note for unwanted 'guest' after discovering wife cheating

A man who arrived home to find his wife in bed with someone else has left a note for the unwanted guest.

Taking to Reddit's 'Casual UK' thread, they shared a copy of the note along with the caption, "Came home to my partner in bed with someone else! Pretty sure I struck the right tone?"

The note reads: "Hey, just wanted to let you know that you're sleeping with someone who's married and we're not in an open relationship so you shouldn't really be doing the dirty with her.

"I appreciate things can get lonely so I don't mind you popping over for a brew temporarily whilst I'm out but in future could you give me a heads up so I can move my car for you please? Cheers, no 86."

Reactions to the note have been mixed.

"Are you going to sellotape this to your wife?" asks one.

"Ex-wife, hopefully," comments another.

"He sounds very passive aggressive," remarks one Reddit follower. "Might wash your car next time if you're not careful. Stay safe out there."

"For his wife?" says another. "Maybe it's a timeshare arrangement."

"That has to be the most pathetic thing I have read," writes another.

Another says: "I think saying 'I don't mind you popping over for a brew temporarily' confuses the message and potentially opens you up to the same issue happening again."

"Clearly the issue is with the wife, not an external party," says one.

"I obviously know nothing about the situation but I can't imagine it will be happening again with the cheater as a married person," says another.
