Charles Spencer shares antics of cheeky new pup Joey
There's a new addition in the Spencer family — and he seems to be as cheeky as ever.
Charles Spencer has added a new cocker spaniel pup, Joey, to the household and even shared some footage of the pooch in action.
Posting to Twitter, the 9th Earl Spencer shared an adorable video of the pup collecting a lost slipper — the video can be viewed at the top of this story.

"New puppy pretty pleased with himself for retrieving a third slipper for his growing collection," he wrote.
Residing at the lavish Althorp estate in West Northamptonshire, the Earl's home certainly has plenty of space for curious Joey to roam around.
The property is the childhood home of Charles and his sister, Princess Diana, and also the Spencer family's ancestral estate.

The Spencers have been keen to show off their new family member, with Charles' wife, Karen sharing another video of the mischievous pup on Instagram.
"Meet Joey, the newest addition to the crazy menagerie that is our home. He arrived four days ago after the longest eight weeks of [our daughter] Charlotte's life 😂 And he's all set for Halloween!" Karen wrote in the caption.
Charles' friend Richard Coles also shared some love for the pup, posting a sweet portrait photo of Joey after visiting the Spencers over the weekend.
Of course, this love of canines is spread widely between the Spencers and British royal family.

Prince William and Prince Harry also have several family dogs — with William sharing the Earl's love for the cocker spaniel breed.
He and his family welcomed a puppy into their home last year, just a few weeks before their beloved cocker spaniel Lupo passed away.
Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan Markle are raising two-year-old Archie and four-month-old Lilibet with their pups, Guy, a beagle, and black lab Pula.
But as far as royal canine-lovers go, the monarch cannot be surpassed.
