Woman's 'embarrassing' text message exchange with new personal trainer
A woman has apologised to her personal trainer after an "embarrassing" text message exchange that saw her sending intimate photos of herself to the man. Gemma Hill who works as a radio host in the UK has been working with a new personal trainer and was discussing how to track her progress when the mistake happened.
Her trainer suggested she take 'before' photos in her underwear in as real a style as possible by avoiding breathing in or posing so she could "be honest" about herself and her goals.
Gemma took the photos in her underwear standing as naturally as possible as instructed when she received the following response from him.
Her new PT was quick to point out her blunder TikTok
"Hey, sorry Gem I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress."
Gemma immediately apologised, writing: "OMG I'm so sorry. What a t--t I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry".

He reiterated: "No lol I don't ask clients to send me pictures in underwear. I was eating dinner with my girl she's quizzing me 'who is this chick...'"
Clearly seeing the funny side of the situation the woman has shared the text message exchange on TikTok saying she may be too embarrassed to continue working with him after the blunder.

Some of her TikTok followers were quick to comfort her, however, with some saying they would have made a similar mistake.
"My PT told me to take pics but said do not send me them so I'm assuming others have before," said one.
"Don't worry I probably would have thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or something!" commented another.
Another said: "A common mistake. Good luck with your next PT session."
Others simply laughed along with the mortified radio presenter.
"Sorry but that's so funny..." said one.
"Me and my hubby couldn't stop laughing," said another.
