Nine stars reveal: 'The worst Christmas gift I have given - or received'

It's safe to say everyone has had a horrible Christmas gift experience at some point in their life. Not everyone can always have amazing taste and, yes, sometimes even Santa misses the mark.

Here, we take a walk down memory lane with some beloved Nine stars to relive the worst gifts they've given or received.

"Olivier and I tend to go pretty easy on the gifts with each other, but sometimes we'll give the other something that we want and end up using. It happens to both of us, so don't feel bad for Olivier that I'm the scrooge in the relationship, he does it too."

"I am a bit of a tightarse and often re-gift presents that have been given to me. One year I re-gifted a candle that smelt like sunscreen, and it still had a card from the other person inside. Awkward."

"As I'm getting older, I keep getting more socks 'n jocks."

"It's not so much the worst gift, but I felt pretty awful when I forgot to bring a present to a catch-up with friends. The presents were allocate by a number we would pick. A girlfriend of mine had a spare present I could throw in the mix, and she ended up picking the number for that gift! She was hoping to offload a bunch of different smelling soaps, but it ended right back with her. "

"Probably those super-cheap aftershave and soap-on-a-rope boxed sets from the pharmacy that were popular when I was a teenager in the '70s. One of the fragrances was called Brut and another was Hai Karate. They smelt terrible, but sexy as when you're 15."
