The couple appeared together at the Newcombe Medal in Melbourne just three weeks ago with Barty's black gown hiding any signs of a baby bump.
"Not bad for a retiree," Kissick captioned a photo of the couple posed to Instagram.
The couple wed in July last year and got engaged in November 2021, after five years of dating.
They made both those announcements directly with fans via social media as well.
The former Young Australian of the Year announced her shock retirement from tennis last March.
At the time, the Wimbledon winner shared that she looked forward to her "next chapter as Ash Barty the person and not the athlete".

The couple met in 2016 after the tennis pro and former cricketer visited Brookwater Golf & Country Club in Brisbane, where Kissick was working.
The couple went public with their relationship the following year, attending the John Newcombe awards together.
Kissick has since been spotted in the players box cheering on Barty at the Aus Open and Wimbledon, before the tennis champ announced her shock retirement from the sport.
