Australian actress Tessa James has shared a poignant post as she marked a major milestone this week; it's been 10 years since she underwent treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma.

The former Home and Away star, 33, shared some pictures of herself from her battle, the time she shaved her hair during chemotherapy, and reflected on her life now a decade later.

James, who is married to former NRL star Nate Myles, 39, was just 23 years old when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
