Blogger Abby Gilmore and her boyfriend share exciting news

Abby Gilmore has announced her pregnancy on Instagram.

The blogger and mum-of-two uploaded a photo of her and partner, Leighroy, holding an ultrasound photo.

The caption reads, "Pssst! Guess what! In 20 weeks time I get to watch the light of my life become a Daddy 'FOR REAL' as Milla likes to say, and we just can’t wait!"

This is the first child the couple will have together. Gilmore already has two children, girls Arlo, 2, and Milla, 4, with ex-boyfriend, Essendon football star Jake Stringer.

Stringer and Gilmore, who were high school sweethearts, separated in 2017 after the AFL player was accused of cheating. At the time, Gilmore told the Herald Sun that she discovered damning text messages between the player and a 17-year-old girl. She also claimed that Stringer had a gambling addiction.

Since the acrimonious break up, Gilmore has continued to build her following as a lifestyle and parenting blogger. She boasts over 104,000 followers on Instagram.

The 25-year-old also shared her experience with failed pregnancies on her blog, According to Abby. "At 25 years old, I’ve had four miscarriages. Did I feel like something was wrong with me? Absolutely," she wrote. 

"It’s awful when you’re going through it, almost like you’ve been handed the only thing you’ve ever wanted, only to have it taken out of your hands never to return again."

Gilmore and her partner are also parents to a Great Dane called Maverick.
