Nissan's latest invention is good news for the supremely lazy

Waiting in line is an annoying, but necessary, part of life – or so we thought.

Nissan could change the way we queue with their latest invention: motorised seats that automatically move people through the line.

Yes, the developed world has reached peak laziness.

The chairs work by sensing when the line has moved and gently scooting people along. 

When a person reaches the front of the line and stands up, the chairs dutifully drive themselves to the back of the queue so the system can continue.

Nissan posted a video of the seats in action on YouTube and called out for stores who are interested in having the chairs installed.

For the moment, only businesses in Japan are eligible.
