Reported hunts down 'racist' home owner, comes away with very different story

When a local news reporter saw a house advert which specified "no Asians", he decided to confront the home owner.

The reporter was after a story that showed the grubby underbelly of Australian racism, but what he came away with was something quite different.

Suffice to say the tense situation de-escalates very quickly, with the two men sharing a laugh and shaking hands.

The 1980s video was originally uploaded to the internet in 2009, but has re-emerged after being posted on Reddit.
