Python slithers onto Queensland beach
A massive python has stunned onlookers as it emerged from bushes on a famous Queensland beach.
The snake slithered into the open at Coolum Beach, on the Sunshine Coast, last Wednesday as local kids played nearby in the sun.
It attracted a crowd as it made its way from the shady scrub toward a large tree, but appeared unfazed by the attention.

The serpent then took refuge from the sun and stares in a tall tree.
